Solid Timber Doors – these are solid timber joinery doors using dowell and/or mortise tenon construction. To ensure that these doors are straight we use B2 high moisture resistant glue. The timber is kiln dried to 7% moisture content, then it is stabilised to an environment moisture content of 12% once the product is produced - see our Solid Timber Door Range Engineered Doors – Jinger jointed dominated construction with dowell and/or mortise tenon construction. To ensure the strength we use B2 high moisture resistant glue with selected sliced maple veneer. The timber is kiln dried to 7% moisture content, then it is stabilised to an environment moisture content of 12% once the product is produced - see our Engineered Door Range St Clair Doors – Engineered door with finger jointed laminated and cross ply construction and with selected sliced maple veneer on both sides. To ensure the strength we use B2 high moisture resistant glue.
